Seller reviewOnce I chose Shannon as my realtor last year, she went above and beyond the call of duty to walk a strenuous vacant property for me and provide me with video and additional details I needed due to my distance from the property. Because she went beyond the call of duty and I did not purchase from her at that point in time, I was committed to using her in the future to make sure she was compensated for her time, effort and commitment to true Customer Service.

Seller reviewShannon got a quick, above-asking offer for one of my neighbors, so I called and asked if she could do the same for me. Shannon gave me good advice, got great photos of the property, wrote an awesome description for the listing, and we were under contract above asking price almost immediately! As usual, there were a few curveballs along the way (I had a tenant in the unit, the sale was part of a 1031 exchange, there was a brand new fire safety inspection requirement, etc) but Shannon was able to get any questions answered and keep the sale moving forward. She even called me every day of her vacation to keep me informed of any updates. I'm very happy with how it went. Thank you Shannon!
