Buyer reviewShari wrote a letter to all owners in the complex that we wanted to make a purchase in. Because of her letter and her proactive approach, she received word that an owner was about to list her house. We made an offer and was able to avoid any competition. If not for her innovative strategy, we would possibly still be searching.....instead we are now enjoying.

She has this amazing ability of making me feel at ease even when I was feeling anxious or unsettled with any decision during the process of the sale. If there was a question that she didn't know the answer to in the moment, she made every effort to find the answer as timely as possible. Even though my sale went very quick and extra smooth, I still needed her expertise and experience to support me and she was on point at every turn.
