Even when I doubted her evaluation, like what my house could potentially sell for, she turned out to be correct. She was reassuring through both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home, and when she said she was going to do something, we knew it was going to be done. In short, she took a lot of stress out of what was a very stressful time in our lives.

Didn't have much interaction with the Brooker staff, but all paper work seemed to be completed quickly and accurately. We received a full asking price offer, before the house was submitted on the open market. Shari has sold two other houses on our street, so need to look for any other realtor. She had the best real estate knowledge and expertise for our neighborhood. She even knew many of our neighbors.
