Ms. Andrews was fabulous. She was organized, timely, and professional. She assisted us to find our forever home. She knew we had only one weekend to look at a list of 11 houses. We flew to La from Ak. I would recommend her to any military moving into the area. She knows the area and was able to answer all of our questions. I have recommended her to our family that will soon be moving to the area as well.

The first dealing I had with an agent was in Corpus Christi, TX. I ended up losing that property because the agent did not fill out the contracts, nor was the closing handled property. The second dealing I had with a real estate agent was when I sold my house in Richmond, TX. The agent did not run credit check on the person that assumed the my VA loan. In fact he encouraged the sale. After 2 1/2 years of taking over the loan I got a call from the Bank telling me that I was behind in payment for 2 1/2 years. The person had lived there but did not make any payments. When I talked to the VA about it they told me that I had paid on the loan for 15 years of a 30 year loan, and never missed a payment. Because of that the VA forgave my loan. Again I do not remember a closing. Third dealing was with the property at 1804 Woodlawn, DeRidder. First agency, had the property for one year. The agent would tell me that the house was being shown on a weekly basis. The only problem with that is that I had WEB cameras in the house that covered all the doors. From my house I could see who and when anyone came to the house. If anyone came into the house the camera would record the people and time and dates. What I found out was the house was only being shown once every three months. When their contract came up for renewal, I told them I would be going to another agency. A week later the agent call to say she had a buyer for the house. When I told her I had already signed another contract, end of conversation. The forth Agency started out good and within a few months found a buyer. Looked good until I was told the buyer was mentally ill and his son had cancelled the closing. After that the only time I got updates would be when I called him. Finally, Sharon Andrus became my agent. Within a few months she had gotten two bids for the house. The first bid I rejected. The second bid was much better. I feel that Sharon work and communications with me made the sell possible. Although I still see real estate agents at the same level as a used car salesman, Sharon had renewed my faith in real estate agents.

Highly recommend Sharon Andrus. She was very polite at all times. She helped us with everything we asked for while trying to sell our home.
