Seller reviewThe sale of my home came with very difficult personal challenges and Sharon was extremely understanding and worked around and through these challenges to ease my concerns and was able to communicate these challenges to the buyer which assisted with their understanding of the obstacles I faced. During the time my house was listed, Sharon provided cards, etc. to keep me positive in a less than ideal situation. The sell of my home was personally tumultuous at best and was an every day emotional rollercoaster on a personal level. Sharon was patient and had a complete understanding of the situation and worked with it. I appreciate Sharon's patience, time, understanding and all agents should learn from her when families and/or individuals are working or dealing with difficult circumstances with the sell of their home as some sales may be less than ideal for a family. Seller reviewSharon Cave was wonderful helping us sell our home of 40 years. She fully understood our emotions and needs and took the time to work everything through with us. The buyer's agent and closer were not responsive to our desire to close ASAP so that we could complete the closing on our new house in Montana. Sharon was on top of the issue and moved the process forward to a timely completion. She maintained contact with us even while we were driving across the country to Montana. By the time we arrived our funds had been wired and the closing on our new house was successful. Thank you Sharon!!!
