Once again, Sharon helped get us "home" again. We've turned to Sharon and Century 21 Bessette Realty for all of our home needs--from buying our first home, selling it and building our forever home. She was with us every step of the way, taking a hands-on, proactive approach, from meeting with the developer, primary and subcontractors, to the final punch list. Sharon would perform a methodical inspection every visit to the home, looking for signs of problems and comment on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She also led us through multiple rounds of negotiations for various services and features, exercising patience and confidence, to ensure we were happy with the end product. The best part about working with Sharon is that she was always focused on answering our questions and offered sound advice, answering every call, text or email. She maintained timely on-going communication and truly listened; we felt like her only client! Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt like like she was trying to just close a sale, but rather she wanted to help us make the best decisions for our family now and in the long-term.
