The things I enjoy in my downtime include cross country skiing, I am an avid gardener, this is my favorite thing to do! I also reading new books and cooking. I enjoy being out on Chautauqua Lake boating and Kayaking. I just love the outdoors and Chautauqua County provides all of these wonderful outdoor activities year round.

I have been a consistent recipient of the Chautauqua Cattaraugus County Board of Realtors Presidential award from 2008 each and every year of my real estate career. This recognizes outstanding performance. I was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year Award in 2012 which is an award bestowed upon an individual by their peers. I have also received different awards from Century 21 for outstanding performance and customer service.

I volunteer for the Evergreen foundation where all funds raised stay right here in Chautauqua County. I am a past President of Lakewood Womens club and I also chair the membership committee for the Chautauqua Cattaraugus County board of Realtors. I believe in giving back to our community.

Seller reviewI 've known Sharon Lisciandro personally for many years and knew she is an awesome realtor who would do her very best to sell my home. As I expected, she acted very professional and met my expectations. Sharon sure is an asset to Turner Brokers and I would certainly recommend her very highly to future clients. I expected the house to sell for more money than it was sold for, but I guess due to the location it got sold for less than I expected. I would recommend Sharon Lisciandro to other future prospects without any hesitation . She was excellent ! I was very impressed the staff took so much interest in coming as a group to take a video of my house with Sharon. I really liked the video taken of my house. I'm very appreciative and thankful for the interest taken in selling my home . Even thou the house sold for less than I expected, I truly believe they did a fabulous job promoting it .

Seller reviewSharon LISCIANDRO gave us valuable suggestions when she initially came to the house, well before we signed with her. She was professional and it was obvious to us that she was very knowledgeable about the area listings and the value of the homes. Sharon actually had an offer on our house within 24 hours. She kept us informed during the entire sale process and was wonderful about calming us down and putting things in perspective when we worried about all the things that COULD GO WRONG....And nothing went wrong. I cannot think of anything to add, other than she was amazing!
