New Bern became my home in 2006. It was a pleasure to learn about all New Bern had to offer through my parents who retired here in 1995. With each visit, it became harder and harder to return to my home in Alexandria, VA. After a career in pest control, real estate and property renovations, everything came together and I jumped at the opportunity to move to New Bern. Seller reviewSharon went the extra mile, and then some, to assure we received a fair market value for our property by dealing with a poor appraisal compared to the most current market. Sharon went to the lender who ordered the original appraisal and successfully petitioned to have it revisited and final value subsequently landed in our estimated range. Big Kudos! We felt that Sharon always acted in our best interest and willingly shared her extensive knowledge of the area.
