She is friendly and kept things light hearted even after we'r looked at sooo many properties. Sharon looked after my best interest, which made me comfortable with the whole process. I could not have done it with out her. Not only did she find me a great property but I truly ended up with a wonderful friend. Loved working with Sharon and have recommended her to friends already.

Seller reviewSharon Spohn is the realtor everyone hopes they find for their property. She handled everything in a professional way. I never had a question or a concern that she did not resolve. She kept in contact with me, I never had to call her for an update. Shortly after listing my condo the building was struck by a tornado. I was out of town but Sharon called me and gave me an update. She went to the property to check for damage. Due to no electricity the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Very few realtors would take on that chore. Most would have called a cleaning service and I would have been responsible for charges. Sharon always went beyond her responsibilities which made the entire process very easy for me. I would highly recommend Sharon Spohn.

Sharon was the best for our situation, easy to communicate with, an honesty felt from the jump, and she guided us thru the steps to condo life, from applications, to interviews, to keys. She is a diamond for your ring of champions!!! I would trust her with my life. For the first time, we knew we were safe and had a pro helping us. She was a calming influence for us. Much appreciated after all we had been thru previouse to her. We couldn't be happier today. This was not just a condo purchase, this was a plan that came to fruision, after years of planning, dreaming, and finally executing, she made that transition so smooth, we just knew it was perfect. And it is!
