We were dealing with very difficult sellers and Shaun remained professional throughout the process and made sure we had a voice in the negotiations. We took everything he said under advisement because we trusted his valued professional opinion. Having a newborn, we were a little anxious during this process. Shaun helped put our minds at ease and made sure all of our questions were answered. He went out of his way to pick up/drop off paperwork and explain them in person so we did not have to work around baby's schedule. He was very accommodating and patient with us.
