Seller reviewTalked to Shawn a few years ago to evaluate my mother's property I was impressed with him and came to him when I was ready to sell. I was not disappoined. This was my mother's house, she moved into a Nurisng Home and had to sell. I live in Virginia and it was difficult for me to travel back and forth to Illinois where the house was located. Shawn was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and making suggestions to make the sale of the house go smoothly. I felt as if I were his only customer although I knew that was not the case. I was 110% satisfied with my experience with Shawn, even though I was in Virginia for most of the time during the sale of the house, Shawn kept me informed every step of the way.
