Buyer reviewThe first time I personally met Sheila was the day before we closed on the purchase of a residential investment property. Since we didn't live in the area, we relied on Sheila's local knowledge and understanding of our needs to find potential properties for us to consider - remotely. When she found a prospective property, she went out of her way to send us photos and videos, and talk us through what she saw as the good and bad of a particular property. Throughout the process we relied on her opinions about the condition and potential of a listing we were interested in, but couldn't see, and that was extremely helpful . When we eventually found something that met our objectives, Sheila was super helpful and supportive as we worked through the offer and closing process.

Buyer reviewWe found Sheila in 2021 when looking at property here. It was her name on the for sale sign and by that afternoon we were intiating a sale. In October of 2021 we also used Sheila to help us locate a house that fell within our budget and we were successful again. We found this newer house that fit our needs and Sheila was so helpful in getting us a deal on it. We are currently selling a home with her and so far we have had a lot of interest and hoping to have it sold soon.
