Sheila is simply an outstanding agent. She has the experience you're looking for. She understands very quickly and adapts to your personal interests to ensure you're getting what you want/need. Sheila is always polite, courteous, and friendly. Acknowledging certain times to remain quiet, but by no means being awkward and not knowing how to carry conversation like newer agents. She is incredibly familiar with the local area, and does not just get to know you, but remembers small details about your conversations. This is real interest. Before we listed the house we knew Sheila personally and knew of her fine character. Her background as an attorney gave us confidence in our choice. Any time we called her if she did not answer the call immediately she called us back promptly.Sheila often drove by the house just to check on things and while she was there she would even water the planters. If she noticed anything that needed to be done she would either do it herself or call us and let us know. The whole experience was stress free and we would highly recommend Sheila.
