Seller reviewI can't tell you how grateful we are for everything Shelia did for us. It was difficult enough trying to sell our family home long distance. But Shelia made the process easier than I expected. Shelia did the market analysis and advised us how important it was to price the house properly. She was right the house was on the market Friday and we had an offer on Monday.

She was so sure that the house would sell with proper exposure and Century 21 New Millennium on my team. I was not excited due to the prior experience but Shelia convinced me the it would sell. She spent time explaining the process, advised on how to better present the property and kept me informed of current market offers in my area. She spent more time and effort to accomplish this sale than I ever expected. I believe that she would not have done more if she were selling her own house.
