Had listed with someone else, did not know Shellie was a realitor until they make a tour of the house. When my contract was up i called Shellie. Was very pleased, she did the research on what the property should sell for and had the property in contract within the first month. Shellie was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the contract and closing. Shellie went over the contract paragraph by paragraph. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell property. Only contacted the office one time and they were very polite.
