I am a very family oriented person and always have been involved within the community I live in. My husband and I have 4 boys and have bought and sold several homes over the years and having gone through those experiences first hand as a client, I know that a great agent can make what could be a stressful time, an exciting and enjoyable experience. Making the process of buying and selling a home as easy and enjoyable as possible is what I strive to do for my clients now as a realtor. From helping us acquire the property to the continued ongoing support/help from everything in regards to the house all the way into our personal life. She's been there to offer recommendations on vendors/nannies for our kids, etc. We had a tree fall down a week or so ago and since I live a few hours away Shelly was there to help with the tree removal as well as set me up with different contractors as needed. I'm a business owner and I believe that the future of all business is Customer Service. Human to human contact is a lost art, but not with Shelly.
