Seller reviewIt is not hard to put into words just how AMAZING Shelly was in the process of selling our material home. It all started in April 2024 when we reached out to her to let her know that we were planning on putting the house on the market in July this year. Now you may wonder why we reached out so early. Well, it was because we were working through a divorce and needed guidance on what to expect. Shelly was a ROCKSTAR from the moment we had our first meeting. While it took us until the middle of August to actually list the house, she was patient and supportive the entire time. Honestly, I don't think that we would have had the phenomenal outcome we did without her! I am eternally grateful for her professional expertise and beautiful spirit. Not only did we get above asking she negotiated a best-case scenario for both parties involved. Thank you so much! May you always be blessed like you blessed our Family.

Buyer reviewI was initially skeptical about being referred a realtor from this program as you never know if the person will be a good fit. However, after our first meeting with Shelly, the skepticism immediately went away. She took her time to explain the process for us, answered every question(and if she couldn't answer it, went directly to the source for the answer), held our hand as first time home buyers and was always available. She also advocated for us even when we didn't know what to advocate for. She has been an excellent realtor throughout this process and we have enjoyed workinf with her during this journey,

She was able to help us use those multiple offers to accept an offer above asking with a guarantee for over appraisal value. If there was any issues that arise, Shelly took care of them and did not get us involved if she could help it.
