I would like to say that Shelly is an amazing person and an awesome real estate agent! We have never met in person before, so my entire process was conducted by video chat, text messages, and emails! In my opinion, she level minded individual with a positive attitude and a solid grip on her craft. She is good at this business! I feel that she is the type of agent that gives 110% effort in getting her clients and their property across the finish line to the best of her abilities. In hopes of achieving a successful outcome that her clients can be happy about and live without doubting themselves! She doesn't make promises or guarantees! She won't be bullied into overinflating your property if the value and the work aren't there. She will let you know, so brace yourself for the truth, will be kind but it will be true… I think that's what I find most admire about her. Is that she did not lie to me nor did she sell me something that wasn't achievable right from the start. She gave me sold recommendations where my property required repairs by law or regulation, she then provided me with her professional opinion where areas of improvement would help increase the value in my property i.e., things that buyers are looking for when purchasing a home, she didn't talk me into spending money I didn't have. She gave me her suggestion then gave me the ball and my reply to her was "what t if I don't do it" she told me whether or not it was code regulated! That was important to me because I didn't want to spend money I didn't have. In my opinion, Shelly is the best! She provided me with an inside into her background and I believe I can say this honestly Shelly comes from an amazing line of pedigree her mother is a top-notch agent and more, so the bar has been set! Before her, I had two other agents and there wasn't anything comforting or ensuring about them. By the time we finished speaking with them, I was more confused and nervous about putting my property into their hands. Let's just say that I am glad the train never left the station with them. So, if you're looking for an agent that not going to swindle you out of your money or take advantage of you listen to Shelly! Hear her story I think you will be impressed, and you will select her as your agent of choice when you decide to go through this very difficult and stressful process.

Shelly Lee went above and beyond helping us with our sale. We are out of state and could not take care of many little details that she expertly handled. Throughout the entire process, she kept us super informed about what was happening and why. I would instantly recommend her to anyone selling their home in the area. If you're in the Virginia Beach area and are looking to buy or sell a property you would be doing yourself a disservice by not going with Shelly Lee as your agent. I'm in a different state and was a little nervous about try to sell a property long distance but after talking with Shelly the first time my mind was put at ease. Shelly is a great agent but more than that she made me feel like we were friends that knew each other for many years. If there was ever a issue or I had questions regarding the process, Shelly was ready to take care of it which made me gain more confidence in her abilities. GREAT AGENT!!! And I would highly recommend her to anyone.
