Shellye is the best. We have gone through three purchases and three sales over the last 11 years. Shellye is an expert in real estate. When you have an agent with her expertise there is no need to change. I'm so thankful for Shellye. Shellye is at the top of her profession. She stays on top of every detail. She is always available to answer questions or concerns. She can problem solve on the spot. If there were marks higher than excellent, I would have used them. Shellye is way above excellent in her profession. The staff is always on their game. It seems like Colleen works 24/7 just like Shellye. I have recommended Shellye many times to friends and associates. At least two friends have used Shellye to sell their homes. Only because they moved out of state and/ or renting is why they didn't have Shellye help to buy a home. Shellye and I already have a plan in place for my next purchase.
