She is a asset to your company. the house was posted on the internet on a Friday around noon and I had my first showing that afternoon and they offered a full price cash offer. they wanted to close in 2 weeks which I could not do, so Sherri pushed it to 5 weeks which worked out great. I just love Sherri!!! Fantastic person and agent Fantastic, wonderful, knowledgeable, very helpful and understanding. I would say she is top-notch number 1 agent I have ever worked with.
