From the very beginning, Sherrie was there for us every step of the way. Was in constant communication, told us what to expect, and walked us through the entire process. I personally believe that Sherrie is the ONLY reason we are living in the house that we are. We were able to get a visit scheduled and once we looked at the house, I did not feel we had a very good chance of being picked based on the price, how many offers went in on day 1, and the amount of help we were looking for from the sellers at closing. Sherrie recommended us to write a letter to the sellers and essentially explain what we loved about the home and give a little insight into my families past in the area. Fast forward to AFTER we were selected. We received an email from the sellers explaining to us how much that letter meant to them, and how even though we were not the easiest to have to help being that they would need to put down money for us at closing, they chose us anyway based on the letter that we wrote. We would never have done that if it were not for Sherrie. I would love for the person that will be reading this to understand how extremely happy we are we chose to have Sherrie help us along the way. We had issues come up, we had a mountain of stress at times, but no matter what happened Sherrie was there to guide us every single day. My family is now living in a home that we never thought we would be and its all thanks to Sherrie Holbert!
