When I first spoke to Sherrie about the home I was interested in, it was clear to me that she had my best interest at heart & she NEVER let me down through the process of house hunting. Mine was not a major $ amount, but Sherrie treated me like i was buying a million $ home! I came to Paris numerous times to look at homes (I lived 2 hrs away) & i would get a bite to eat somewhere different before leaving town, & if i mentioned her name, everyone knew her & ALWAYS said how nice & sweet she is. She is a very special lady & I am so very thankful for her, her expertise, knowledge, professionalism, caring & HONESTY! Mine was a life start-over with no family or friends. Sherrie has great knowledge of the market she sells in. She is always professional and gives great straight forward advice. That includes coming up with suggestions on staging your home to coming up with proper comps to list your home at the right price. I had my home "For Sale by Owner" for over 2 months with very little success showing it. Sherrie was able to get a contract on this same property in roughly 24 hours after it went live. She was also very helpful in answering all questions that had through the process. She was always a phone call or text away if I needed her. Sherrie made this process very painless and she is very appreciated.

We had previous dealings with Sherrie and really how friendly she was to us. It doesn't seem to matter to her if she is selling a million dollar house are a cheap house, she is as nice and professional to one as the other.
