Sherrie has great knowledge of the market she sells in. She is always professional and gives great straight forward advice. That includes coming up with suggestions on staging your home to coming up with proper comps to list your home at the right price. I had my home "For Sale by Owner" for over 2 months with very little success showing it. Sherrie was able to get a contract on this same property in roughly 24 hours after it went live. She was also very helpful in answering all questions that had through the process. She was always a phone call or text away if I needed her. Sherrie made this process very painless and she is very appreciated.
