A native Virginian, I began my real estate career in 1983 through the family business of new homes and commercial real estate development. I am full-time licensed REALTOR serving the Northern Virginia area since 1986. In 2009, I served as President of the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS, and have participated in many leadership positions and committees. I was most recently named 2008 FAAR REALTOR of the Year and received the 2009 Code of Ethics Leadership Award for both FAAR and VAR. As a member of the Virginia Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, I actively participate in governmental affairs as an advocate for property rights, home ownership and other real estate-related issues. Seller reviewSherry is absolutely exceptional. Smart, tough, organized, efficient, polished, professional and badass if she needs to be (all while never losing her style, charm or grace). She has earned my business and my referalls. I am a tough man to please, and my expectations of myself and others are extremely high. She exceeded my expectations across the board. She is a true asset to the community and to the industry. She is bulletproof. She handled it all. On time. Underpromised and Overdelivered. I can't find fault in any aspect of the product that she delivered (which is in my nature to do.... so it is almost irksome that she is so darn talented). She was even able to keep me corralled and on task. That is no easy feat. Kinda like getting Godzilla to take a bit & bridle. Clone her. Purchase the rights to her DNA. Create a small army of Sherry Baileys and polite, professional, world domination will be attainable within 6-8 weeks (with lender approval of course). When we sell our current house, Sherry will be our go to agent.
