While I was looking for several different properties throughout the area, she responded with proper information on the property. this sealed the deal for me as I wanted an easy transaction with someone genuinely interested in selling property. I also asked different questions and vast majority she knew and the one she didn't, she got back to me the next day with the correct answer. This was greatly appreciated.
