Seller reviewSherri is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to selling houses and I hope she lets us use her again to sell another house! The house she helped sell for us on Lincoln had extremely difficult renters inside it almost the whole time it was listed. The photos of inside showed clutter everywhere! I am amazed she even got the house sold so fast for us! All in all, the house could of sold for more, once renters were out, and with a decent appraisal done on our part, but my husband and I are happy to have the house sold!!! And we don't have to worry about the responsibility of it anymore! We feel blessed! Sherri put up with soo much from our sarcastic renters and she remain a stead fast Christian through it all! Sherri's professionalism is beyond me! I loved working with Sherri Macko while selling this house!

Seller reviewSherry sold our house in 4 days! She had a fabulous phtotographer come to take photos of our house and he captured the most beauitiful parts of our home, they made our online listing shine. Sherry set up our 'coming soon' sign in our yard about 2 weeks in advance to alert our neighbors and passers-by that our home was going to be for sale soon. She also set up a cute display of American flags as an attention getter, shared our home on the Century 21 page, and her personal social media. Our home was sold quickly and we were able to settle into our new home and lose our worries about our old home before Christmas!

Buyer reviewSherry was great! She helped us plan for our listing for a month and stayed in communication while we renovated. She showed us multiple homes along the way to get an understanding of our likes in homes. When we listed our house we schedule an open house right away, our house sold in 4 days! We went through several negotiations with our buyers and Sherry helped with these along the way and allowed us to confide in her when things got frustrating. Overall we had a geeat experinece and can't believe how fast it all moved!
