A graduate of the GRI & e-PRO, Shirley was recently awarded the SRES professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Shirley is, now, able to assist concerned clients with "Equity Management". She is also the 2003-2004 Treasurer forWomen's Council of Realtors, & a member of the Rotary Club of Los Osos. Shirley is working on a Dictionary Project for Monarch & Baywood Elementary schools. Another special project is Valley Fever Immunization to benefit our local communities.

Seller reviewThere was a period of about one year in which I was trying to decide whether to sell the property. Shirley was patient and helped me to look at other possibilities. In the end the property sold very quickly and Shirley was excellent in addressing concerns of the buyers along the way. I don't think it was priced to low. It was the case of the right buyers finding the right seller.
