Buyer reviewShirley is a rare realtor. She is one of the best to have on your side. She helped us negotiate a fair price at the top of the 2021 market. Her relationship with sellers of properties got us a premium and beautiful house which had no major problems. Our property is at the most desirable location in the city of Brea. We were luck to have chosen Shirley to be our buyers realtor. Our respect for Shirley grew greater when she walked us through all of the paperwork and even helped us understand the bylaws of the HOA. We all sat down and went over details of the transaction. And she did things that were above and beyond to make the transaction convenient. Met us after hours and at our work to get it done. She still is a txt or a phone call away. Most of all her relationships with sellers was needed to get our house.
