As all first time homeowners may know, it can be a very overwhelming and stressful process but having Shirley Luu guiding us through it all made the whole experience smooth and easy. Shirley was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, patient with us and our thousands of questions, and very reliable. My husband and I were able to rest easy during this process because of Shirley's excellent attention to detail and efficiency. She is also such a joy to work with and has such a vibrant and charming personality not to mention her obvious passion and dedication for what she does. Working with Shirley, we truly felt we were in the hands of someone who had our best interest in mind. She always went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met. As a first time home buyer I didn't know anything about the process, but she helped me every step of the way with a lot of patience and always explaining why certain things work the way they do. I truly felt like she cared about me and always took into consideration of my persona/lifestyle needs when purchasing a home. I never felt any pressure from her to purchase, and luckily the last home we saw which she suggested for me turned out to be the perfect location, size, and included all the features I wanted. Seller reviewShirley Luu was the most professional agent I have ever dealt with, I have the utmost trust and faith in Shirley. She helped me in any way she could, and was willing to do more than usually expected from an agent. I truly felt she cared mostly about my well-being first. She even helped me with a problem on another property which was not listed with her (I ended up selling it to a relative). She was always responsive, providing links to online documents and email and phone communications as soon as possible, sometimes in the middle of the night! She will never leave you hanging! I have used Shirley's services on several real estate transactions in the past, and we became friends. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and if I ever have anymore property transactions in the area in the future, I would never want to use anyone but Shirley.
