Even though it was a seller's market Shy made the house hunting process really enjoyable. Personally, I really appreciated the fact that she gave us enough space to form our own opinions on a home before she offered her insights. She was always on time, had all pertinent information ready, and showed us homes that met our needs.

Seller reviewConsidering the problems we experienced with the Title and the number of participants ultimately involved in this sale Shy is nothing short of a marvel. Three years, numerous contracts that had to be cancelled due to a lack of clear Title and a host of individuals calling her for frequent updates, anyone else would easily have walked away from this sale. Sometimes I wonder if she would have made more money if she charged by the number of times she had to put up and take down the for sale sign in lieu of a commission.Through it all Shy stuck with it, processing each contract with the same pleasant attitude and humor as the one before. When the first Title company we were referred to could not do the job Shy also found us one that had the patience and experience to get us what we needed. I will gladly work with Shy again at any time. I am hard pressed to think of a more patient, pleasant and proofessional broker.
