I am in investor I've been buying properties for the last 10 to 15 years and I deal with many agents by far Ms. Plush is the best agent that I came across yet I would highly recommend her to any of my friends that want to buy a home and then when I buy another property she will be the first person that I called I really appreciate and her team for putting this deal together thank you so much & God bless always....!!!

I am writing this review, literally, with tears in my eyes. All I can say is....Simone Freaking Plush!!!! I actually wrote this review a long time before I closed on my home, because I knew even back then that I had never experienced an agent like Mrs. Plush. I had searched around and even dealt with a few agents before Simone, but from our initial meeting I knew immediately that the search was over. There are no words that can describe my experience with Simone, but if I had to try I would have to go with EXTRAORDINARILY AMAZING! To say the least, I am probably the most overly controlling person I know. I need everything done immediately, efficiently and as neat as possible. I overthink everything, can be very indecisive and never take anyone's word for anything. With all of that being said, Simone guided me through the buying process as if she was me and purchasing the home for herself. I am not exaggerating when I say, I DID NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH ANY OF THE STRESS OF BUYING MY FIRST HOME. I was worried that I wouldn't find anything decent within my budget, but Simone ensured me numerous times that I shouldn't worry, and that she had me covered. There were times when I considered settling or changing my standards, but Sweet Simone never allowed me to. She said in quote, "We do NOT and will NOT settle!" During the process I experienced a devastating family loss that took away any so much of my positivity, and again, Superwoman Simone to the rescue empathized and again gave her all to be sure that I would be in my home soon so that I could begin a new life and healing. I remember reading her reviews in the beginning and thinking, yeah right, these are paid actors writing reviews to jazz this agent up because it is no way she can be THAT good. Well Simone, thanks for shoving my foot in my mouth! She exceeded my expectations more than I can ever describe. I could write for hours listing out each individual detail about why I love my agent so much (here's those tears again), but I will close by saying, if you want perfection... allow Simone to be your agent, if you want efficiency choose Simone as your agent, if you want a buying experience that you will remember for the rest of your life, run to Simone as your agent. Simone will be my agent forever, in this life and the next LOL (but seriously) and hopefully she wont mind hearing from me now and then because she has also earned a spot in my heart as a lifelong friend! I cannot say this phrase enough, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Simone Plush!!!
