Simone, Is a quintessential real estate agent! She is personally committed to achieving the best results for her clients from the beginning until the end. I live in Texas and was selling my mother's house in Maryland that she lived in for 55 years. It was incredibly hard emotionally and physically having to sort through all the family mementos and her personally items and trying to decide what to keep, share, donate and toss. In addition, there was the arduous tasks of identifying and hiring the right contractors to accomplish what was needed from top to bottom and inside and out. Simone managed each process once I returned home after 5 months of clearing out the house and getting it ready to put on the market. Simone was there helping and holding my hand each step of the way.
