Seller reviewI first met Sonia Johnson years ago when I was renting my second floor apartment. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, competent and had a great attention to details. I felt like she was not just looking a quick rental fee but that she cared about getting the best tenants for me. That brief encounter left a lasting impression on me. Fast forward to 6 years later and when I decided to sell, there was only one person I knew I would want to list my house. Sonia made this whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. She is extremely professional, experienced and she went above and beyond for me, she anticipated my needs/wants and met every single one at every point. I am extremely please with her and the whole process of the sale from start to finish, she is remarkable and so confident and competent is what she does and her demeanor is always pleasant and approachable. I would recommend Sonia Johnson 100 times over. She was great to work with!!!!!!!!!!!

Seller reviewI worked with Sonia to sell my late mothers estate. It was a stressful period for me personally after losing a loved one however, with Sonia, smile, kindness and understanding we got through it. She was also involved in representing the buyer for my previous home. I liked her style which is why I reached out to my buyer to get in touch with her. She was patient during my probate process and stayed in touch till the very we listed my mother home a year ago. I am extremely grateful to her for her patience. Definitely, highly receommended!

I was able to call her anytime and if i couldn't reach her she always returned my calls the open communication was remarkable! Mrs. Johnson professional is outstanding! She really care about making sure you understand every term home buying lingo, if you didnt understand something she would make sure things were very clear. She goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and never confused. I have learned a lot from her and she provided me with information i will need to use in the future. My overall experience could not have went as well as it did without the help of Mrs. Johnson. Having her stick by my side from beginning to end the amount of help she provided im certain she does her job from the heart. Helping families secure a home is very important to her and it shows. I'm very thankful to have worked with her and securing a home for my family!
