Buyer reviewSonia Johnson was such a delight. She was patient, professional and encouraging. Every time my husband and I thought that we would not find what we were looking for, Sonia worked harder. She worked day and night for months until she found us our home. I can not thank her enough.

Seller reviewSonia Johnson is the best real estate broker I ever dealt with. From signing the retainer agreement to the sales, she detailed all information to clearly show the map leading to the sale of my property in Springfield Gardens. Sonia is a very hard working broker. She planned a lot of events to advance the sale, including but not limited to, multiple open houses, late nights showings, and she even comes out on Sundays. Sonia Johnson's professionalism and communication skills are her best assets. She makes one feel so comfortable that one might tend to forget it's a business deal. She would work around your schedule to set up viewing times, and debrief you on the result of every viewing. I didn't interact too much with the other agents. There wasn't any need for it. Sonia covered it all.

We had a long conversation and gave me her card along with some great advise. She inspired me to take the steps needed to own my 1st home. A year later when I was ready to look for my 1st home, my mortgage company tried to get me to use their realtors. I declined and went back to Sonia. I liked her personality and she gave me really great advise. I was confident that she would be the one to find me my dream home. And she did!!! Sonia is great and I will definitely be referring her.
