Seller reviewAs an out of state seller, (North Carolina resident) Sonia provided clear direction as to how the sale was going to be conducted. She kept an open line of communication and responded to my inquires in a timely manner. I placed complete control of the sale into Sonia's hand, and she effectively executed the process. The brokers knowledge of the sales market, and real estate experience. The negotiation and sale of the property was artfully conducted by the sale broker. All of what I would have to say of a positive nature about Sonia is already noted. Very professional organization.

Seller reviewI did a lot of research online before deciding that Sonia Thompson was the right fit for our job. Many of the brokers who included my area of Queens Village had offices in Manhattan, Syosset and other places far from our area. Sonia was very familiar with our neighborhood and she had many listings and recent sales in the area. Her knowledge of our area made our house sell quickly and at the right price. My sister and I signed with Sonia the first time we met with her. She was so informative, friendly and thorough that we were completely comfortable giving her the job. Sonia was totally accessible when we had questions or needed clarification on any issues. She kept us fully updated and informed the entire time.
