I felt extremely relaxed throughout my selling process because nine years earlier, Sonia was my Realtor/Agent when we bought this very house. Seller reviewSonia Thompson immediately responded to a notification she received from a service I used to identify top realtors in the area, and although I was not immediately ready to sell my home, she periodically checked in to see if she could assist me, and kept in touch until I was ready to put my home on the market. Sonia was with me for every step of the sale, always made herself available for questions, and was a highly motivated and enthusiastic partner in the sale of my home. I cannot express how effectively Sonia exceeded all my expectations with her knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate approach to the sale of my childhood home. Working in conjunction with our purchase Broker, Ms Sonia Thompson ensured that both my sale and purchase were worked out as planned. Sales closing was done today and the closing for the purchase was done the following day. I did not have to stay in a temporary apartment or hotel or putting stuffs in storage spending/incurring unnecessary expenses. Every one involved was on top of sale process.
