Buyer reviewSpence is great! He was active in helping me look at multiple properties. During the negotiation process with the sellers, he was going back and forth with the seller's agent well into the late evening, doing whatever he needed to do. He was always available for viewings or if I had any questions. His insight on today's market and what to expect was spot-on. His advice was extremely helpful, especially for a first-time home buyer. I will highly recommend my family and friends to use him as their agent!
