She coordinated the seller and our contractor to succeed in our due diligence of the property with positive outcomes that Klamath County approved the land use for septic and mobile home developement.

She was also very honest throughout the home-buying process and would inform us of what to expect and when, which was great to help reduce the stress of buying a home, especially as a first-time buyer. Stacey's experience and knowledge of her field was a huge advantage during this process. She went above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend her to anyone. Keep up the fantastic work!

Buyer reviewThe whole process of buying land has taught us that not everyone responds to people. Rarely do people/companies respond quickly, if at all. Not Stacey, though, along the whole way she was easy to get ahold of. She was quick to text, email and respond to our questions. As first time land buyers, this was a huge help!

Seller reviewStacey was great to work with. She was understanding and motivated to get us through the process as quick as possible. She was quick to respond in communications and gave good heads up for documentation signing that we would need to get done. Since we do not live in the area she went above and beyond to add some lights and take care of some personal items at the property without hesitation. She was a joy to work with.
