A friend recommended Stacey very highly, and that was a critical factor in scheduling an introductory appointment with her. I couldn't be more enthusiastic in my recommendation of Stacey Smith! We started early, so we could get the value of her experience. She provided recommendations of what investments to make in upgrades, referrals for contractors, changes to make, and how best to stage the property, to get the purchase price we were asking. Once these investments were made, we were ready to list. Stacey had a photographer come in and take photos and a video walk-through of the property to include with the listing. The house was listed, and an offer was received in 2 days!!! Before we even had an open house! We accepted a cash offer for full price! We definitely had some hurdles, with final closing documents needing to be signed by power-of-attorney, but she handled everything that came up. She did the research so we were ready when the documents were ready to be signed. we highly recommend Stacey! You should definitely meet with her! You won't be disappointed!
