Buyer reviewI am from West Virginia and I began looking for my future retirement home in Myrtle Beach area in 2015. Staci Smith was the agent that answered my request from Century21Broadhurst. Staci asked several questions to get an idea of what I was interested in, and researched to find and show me about 10 homes upon my arrival in the area. Staci selected several homes that I liked but I was not able to make the move at that time. Now, 3 years later, I sent Staci an email when I was in the area asking to view houses again. She went out of her way on a short notice to show several houses I was interested in. Once "The House" was found Staci went to work to get a viewing & repeat viewing before I had to leave town. After returning home, Staci took care of everything, even during & after hurricane Florence, from contracts to inspections. If I needed something from follow up inspection to contractor visit, Staci was unbelievable in going above & beyond. With me being 4 states, 7 hours away, Staci's help on what ever was asked or needed was so very helpful. I would recommend Staci to anyone looking to purchase their first or their next home.

Seller reviewStaci Smith advised us on what amount to set the asking price (higher than I expected), but was correct, as it turned out, since the final agreed-to sale price was very near the asking price. She brought us a very clean deal, too. Staci advised how to declutter the house, so the pictures of the house looked the best they possibly could. She answered all out questions promptly and thoroughly. The house sold in two weeks and we could not have been more pleased!
