Originally from Charlotte, NC, I moved to the Grand Strand in 2005 and began my career in Real Estate. What I enjoy most about my career is the opportunity to create and build relationships with my clients. Buyer reviewStaci was very persistant to resolve any problems or issues that needed to be fixed or addressed with the sellers and other agent. Also, she went above and beyond doing investigative research to help the lawyers resolve a big problem with the title. Her efforts in assisting me will always be remembered as I will definitely use her as my agent in the near future with some investment properties. Very professional. She listened to my requests and hustled to meet my deadlines. I am grateful to have her as my agent. Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeting by a very kind, approachable receptionist. She had a way of "calming the storm" of home buying in a town that I was not familiar with. All other staff treated me as an important person (even though my appearance was very "beachy"/casual in shorts, sandals). Lastly, Mr. Broadhurst went out of his way to aquire closing documents from the sale of my previous home, notarized them, and made sure I had everything I needed......Century 21 Broadhurst was GREAT!
