I'm Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and an investor, and I lead a Nationally ranked real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, which is also the #2 real estate team in Indiana. I attended Indiana University where I got my degree in education. My time spent teaching prepared me with the skills to help set me apart from my real estate peers. Not only do I take the time to listen and hear my clients' needs, and make sure each one feels like they are my top priority - but I also break down the buying and selling process succinctly, so they don't feel overwhelmed. With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children's education, running multiple local Facebook pages & arranging community events. It's important to me to support local, small businesses and do my part to contribute to a thriving community. I'm a local investor. My husband and I own several rental homes, an Airbnb and flip houses when opportunities come our way. I have extensive knowledge about new construction and builders. I have helped hundreds and have helped several clients build their "dream home". Buyer reviewWe recently relocated from California and I found Stacy while searching the internet for the top realtors in Indianapolis. Stacy's profile really stood out to me. Finding a good school district was a top priority for me and Stacy's experience as a past teacher was an added bonus. I chose Stacy due to her impressive resume, excellent reviews and superior knowledge of the area. I decided to make a last minute trip to Indianapolis and had 36 hours to find a house. Stacy carved out her entire weekend to show me every possible option and helped me narrow down the areas that would be a good fit for our family. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and we found the most amazing house in the perfect neighborhood. Although we had spent a short amount of time together, Stacy seemed to know my needs better than I could have imagined. I had originally ruled out a house from our search but Stacy kept the second showing on the books and that's the house we ended up purchasing. Stacy is diligent, detailed, responsive, patient and her market expertise is unmatched. She has an extensive network and has provided many great recommendations for contractors, painters, pool service providers, housekeepers, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewOnce again we were 100% pleased with the Stacy Barry group, specifically Kristen Yazel. Kristen was always available to answer our questions. She even met with a chimney contractor when we were unable to do so ourselves. We had a non-traditional situation when we were selling (we were out of state for part of the process, including the closing) and Kristen handled everything professionally and perfectly. Kristen is very knowledgeable about the area's real estate market and helped us pick the perfect selling price for our home. I would recommend the Stacy Barry group without any hesitation!!
