I'm Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and an investor, and I lead a Nationally ranked real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, which is also the #2 real estate team in Indiana. I attended Indiana University where I got my degree in education. My time spent teaching prepared me with the skills to help set me apart from my real estate peers. Not only do I take the time to listen and hear my clients' needs, and make sure each one feels like they are my top priority - but I also break down the buying and selling process succinctly, so they don't feel overwhelmed. With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children's education, running multiple local Facebook pages & arranging community events. It's important to me to support local, small businesses and do my part to contribute to a thriving community. I'm a local investor. My husband and I own several rental homes, an Airbnb and flip houses when opportunities come our way. I have extensive knowledge about new construction and builders. I have helped hundreds and have helped several clients build their "dream home". Buyer reviewStacy went above and beyond. Stacy kept me in the loop when things would come on the market. With my extreme trust in her expertise, I asked her to walk through the condo and view. On her recommendation and without walking through myself, I made an offer and bought the condo. The closing was most unusual with the sellers not showing up until hours late, and not having moved out at the time of the final walk through. ? Stacy handled things with grace, honesty and knowledge--requesting a $400 cleaning fee from the sellers and to have them remove all trash. Though the sellers did comply with paying the cleaning fee--they did not remove the trash. (3 over full Rubbish carts) Trash was a big deal to me. Stacy hired someone to remove the trash--unfortunately that fell through as well. I ended up taking care of the trash....but it wasn't for a lack of trying on Stacy's part. Even after the sale, she continued to check in and make sure things were good or on their way to better.

Stacey gave us helpful hints on getting prepared and onto the market. The online presence of the house was strong and we were able to sell our house in 2 days at full asking price. The communcation with Stacy and her team was great. Any questions I had were promptly answered. The overall sales process went very smoothly, and I would reccomend Stacy and her team to anyone.
