I'm Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and an investor, and I lead a Nationally ranked real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, which is also the #2 real estate team in Indiana. I attended Indiana University where I got my degree in education. My time spent teaching prepared me with the skills to help set me apart from my real estate peers. Not only do I take the time to listen and hear my clients' needs, and make sure each one feels like they are my top priority - but I also break down the buying and selling process succinctly, so they don't feel overwhelmed. With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children's education, running multiple local Facebook pages & arranging community events. My husband and I own several rental homes, an Airbnb and flip houses when opportunities come our way. I have extensive knowledge about new construction and builders. Seller reviewStacy and her team came highly recommended by a builder that i trusted. That was all i needed to contact her and once i did all she did for me validated i had made the right choice I contacted Stacy several months before we put the house on the market and she walked me through every step of the process and help me prepare to be ready to show the house and move. the house was on the market 3 days with over 70 showings and 20 offers. The outcome of the sale was beyond my wildest expectations. The amount that i made on the house has enabled me to retire earlier than expected with a real assurance of ease in making that decision. The home i was selling was the home where our children were raised and also the home where my husband had passed away in seven years prior to selling. It was a very emotional decision for me to come to that it was time to sell and downsize and Stacy made the process easy and exciting. I could not have done this without Stacy. She was extremely professional but also very 'real' and i trusted her immediately. She even recommended the builder that i ultimately picked to build my new home.
