I'm Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and an investor, and I lead a Nationally ranked real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, which is also the #2 real estate team in Indiana. I attended Indiana University where I got my degree in education. My time spent teaching prepared me with the skills to help set me apart from my real estate peers. Not only do I take the time to listen and hear my clients' needs, and make sure each one feels like they are my top priority - but I also break down the buying and selling process succinctly, so they don't feel overwhelmed. With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children's education, running multiple local Facebook pages & arranging community events. My husband and I own several rental homes, an Airbnb and flip houses when opportunities come our way. I have extensive knowledge about new construction and builders. Stacy's personal attention and her resources, including access to a presale inspection by a licensed home inspector and a consultation with a professional home stager, aided us in the preparation of getting our home ready for sale. Stacy and her team were highly professional and organized in marketing our home. Everyone member of the team we were in contact with was great. They always listened to our concerns and found the answers to our many questions. Everything, from the initial visit to closing, ran like clockwork. Stacy's team and their organizational skills made for smooth sailing! We are thankful for Stacy and her team for their expertise in putting together a strategy to get the home on the market and then selling it the first day with six offers in 12 hours. And, to make the experience even sweeter, a bidding war resulted in a final offer above our asking price. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Seller reviewThe home had a few issues that were cause for concern for several buyers. The buyers ultimately dropped out. After trying and failing, we parted ways with our former agent. We interviewed several agents to find one that would be the best fit. Stacy Barry came highly recommended by several friends who called her a "shark," meaning that she could get the job done. And she did! She sold our house, flaws and all! I highly recommend Stacy and her team.
