I'm Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and an investor, and I lead a Nationally ranked real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, which is also the #2 real estate team in Indiana. I attended Indiana University where I got my degree in education. My time spent teaching prepared me with the skills to help set me apart from my real estate peers. Not only do I take the time to listen and hear my clients' needs, and make sure each one feels like they are my top priority - but I also break down the buying and selling process succinctly, so they don't feel overwhelmed. Listening, communication, and my ability to pivot at any time and come up with creative solutions, are what have taken me to the next level and helped my business continue to grow. With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children's education, running multiple local Facebook pages & arranging community events. It's important to me to support local, small businesses and do my part to contribute to a thriving community. I'm a local investor. My husband and I own several rental homes, an Airbnb and flip houses when opportunities come our way. I have extensive knowledge about new construction and builders. I have helped hundreds and have helped several clients build their "dream home". Even if my family/friends are generally satisfied with their agent, I will actively sell them on Kristen's services because we were that impressed/appreciative. She was on top of every detail, very dependable, reliable, available, and patient with us. She made us feel like her only client, which is incredible considering her performance output for her other clients. I literally do not know how it is possible for her to have other clients during some of our busy days. And I guarantee she hit it out of the park for them too - that's a rarity. I would give my highest recommendation to Kristen - any real estate team is lucky to have her on their team. Not knowing any of the "behind-the-scenes" details, it would be this client's opinion that Kristen's compensation should be acknowledged and rewarded for her hard work. I had an initial phone interview with 5 real estate agents, and Kristen stood out with her knowledge, understanding, listening skills, and ability to "teach" me the process. I really loved how Kristen made sure I was fully aware of the process at every step. She never made me feel like my initial questions were bad (even though I guarantee I had some really bad questions due to my incompetence of selling/buyer homes!). She was upfront and honest, even about the potential difficulties of the process, which I appreciated.
