Stacy Murry of CENTURY 21 PORTFOLIO

We attend church with Stacy but did not know him personally when we started looking for a realtor. He was highly recommended by everyone we knew at church -- he has a great reputation for working hard for his clients and helping them find their perfect home. Stacy was with us at every step -- for the entire inspection, at closing, and gladly met us so we could see the interior of the house to take measurements, etc a couple of times between making an offer and closing. He answered our questions and offered advice at any hour, any day. He pointed out things about the house and other homes we viewed that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. He helped us with our offer and negotiations and helped us get what we need. He also knew when to step back and let us make a decision. His knowledge of neighborhoods in Jonesboro was a great help in our search-- found homes for us to consider that we may not have otherwise. He worked well with our lender to help everything go smoothly there (and was spoken of very highly by our loan officer). Just fantastic to work with in all respects. We will highly recommend Stacy to anyone we know who's buying a home. Had great recommendations for lenders and inspectors -- provided us with three or four options in each case and allowed us to find who was best for us.

This is the fourth or fifth one of these I've filled out and I hate to sound like a broken record.......but I guess I will. Stacy has been an integral part of our plan to own investment properties. This one is #5 and he's still patient, available, and always full of great advice for us. He's simply a great guy and we are very glad he is "working for us" and always watching out for us. If you need a real estate agent, he is your guy. End of my broken record.

He was absolutely wonderful. If anyone I know is looking for a house I'm 100% going to recommend Stacy! He was extremely nice and was available on all hours of the day. He was very helpful, and will continue learning to use him for help in the future!! Stacy found small things that I would've completely missed on my own. I'm so happy that he was with me!! He was so much help! One thing that really stood out to me was that even after I had purchased the house he helped me get in contact with the people in charge of my neighbor when I had a proem with something! He's very informative and in unremarkable timing! I was very nervous with this being my first major purchase, but it went very smoothly thanks to Stacy! Also, with it being my first time buying anything like a house I didn't understand terms that were used or how things worked with the house and financial part of it so if I had a question he was able to explain what things meant. Like I've mentioned previously, he was awesome. I will continue to use him as my broker in the future.

I honestly sort of ignored this survey because I feel like I sound like a broken record. Stacy is awesome. Period. As soon as we replenish funds after purchasing 3 rent houses this last year, we will have him busy helping us find the 4th one. If you have real estate needs of any kind, don't hesitate to use him.....you won't regret it.

I'm sure most of our family and friends think we have lost our minds since we have decided to jump into the world of real estate investing through house rentals, We keep Stacy very busy and on his toes showing us homes with potential for our ventures. He is extremely patient and bends over backwards in his efforts to help make us successful with this new phase in our lives. I try to send the occasional baked good his way when we've been particular pains...haha. Seriously, we love Stacy and are so glad to have him on our team. Anyone would be lucky to have him working with them on their real estate needs.
