Seller reviewOriginally my house was listed with a different agency that wasn't motivated to sell & it went live with horrible pictures & unrealistic pricing. I had to deal with a rude associate who wasn't interested in dropping the price to move it, only wanting to let it sit to "hopefully get full asking price" looking for more money from the commission & unfortunately, I was locked in for six months with only a few showings. I signed with Stacy as soon as the previous contract expired. She brought in a professional photographer, looked at all the details & priced it perfectly. She listened to every concern I had from my previous experience & answered all my questions, doing extra research when needed. This time my house was only on the market for a short time before it sold. Stacy is very attentive to details, realistic & works hard for her clients. I knew I was in good hands listing my house with Stacy!

Buyer reviewStacy did a great job. Especially as first time home buyers, we had NO idea what we were doing. She led us through these processes like it was nothing! Her communication, flexibility, and patience throughout the purchase of our house alleviated a lot of stress from what could have been a crazy process. Regardless of the time of day (or night!) Stacy was prepared to help us with whatever we needed. I 100% would recommend her to anyone that needs a helpful and knowledgeable agent to make their process easy and fun.
