Buyer reviewStanley Heaney was a wonderful agent and made me feel like I was the only client he was working with. With any concerns or questions, he would be on the phone talking me through my problems. He was available around-the-clock to help me get the house of my dreams and seemed to go to any means it took to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. He is professional, personable, charismatic, and knowledgable about the needs of a Millennial who is house hunting, but also addresses the concerns of the Generation X parents who are helping their child find their first home. I would recommend him to people who are nervous about buying a home. He is in his 20s, so I feel that he is really in-tune with communicating with young home buyers and helping them find locations and qualities in a home that are important to them and explaining the process every step of the way. However, he seems respectable in the older adult community and I feel that he can help well-seasoned home buyers or older first time home buyers find the home of their dreams. I highly recommend Stanley if you are looking for a fun, easy, and carefree home buying experience!

Buyer reviewStanley kept on top of everything. This home I don't think was a top priority for the selling agents. To be honest I called the listing brokerage a dozen times before hiring Stanley and couldn't get a showing. He got me a showing the next day and we put an offer in that Monday. Stanley really made the entire process very easy and stress free! Stanley made me feel like I was hiring the entire company of Century 21 New Millennium and that the entire company was working for my best interest. Never felt like he was an agent just out for himself or his check. He always drove out (over an hour from his office) for any questions or concerns I had about the property!

Buyer reviewStan's knowledge of the area and the homes available was invaluable to us. He found us the perfect home in a place we wouldn't have considered on our own. We're a bunch of hams naturally. Stan was able to fit in well with us and make the house search fun and enjoyable while also being professional. He was a pleasure to work with. Home buying is a nightmare. My mortgage company was a nightmare. Stan made it much less painful and kept me sane during the whole process. He was always available for my crazy questions and always responded so quickly. I can't speak highly enough about him.
