Buyer reviewStarla would answer our many calls and text messages every time. She would handle our concerns and worry's every time and in a timely manner. This was a fsbo property and Starla really stepped up to go beyond her normal duties to help both parties feel comfortable. She helped us move as quick as possible to get our son in the school district before school started. We are forever grateful to her for the amazing help!

Buyer reviewStarla was the BEST!!! She LISTENED to our wants/needs and offered stellar service. She is extremely knowledgeable and shows genuine care for the satisfaction of her clients. We never felt rushed through the process and she offered transparent advice and guidance. We appreciated her honesty and help throughout the process and wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else! Every time we viewed a new property, Starla would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. she also led us through negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. I've recommended Starla to everyone I know. She's a true professional. I realize it won't always be this easy to find a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

Seller reviewStarla helped us get through and made us feel comfortable in a world we didn't really understand. When one deal fell through we thought, oh this is the end now we wont sell it. Starla reassured us that she had it under control and held another open house and it was sold shortly after that with some negotiations that she helped us achieve.
