Personal Profile
I have been a resident of Citrus County since my wife and I moved here in 1981. We love the area and would not want to live anywhere else. Our children were born and raised here. I grew up on Cupsaw Lake, New Jersey and in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I earned a degree in broadcasting from the University of Florida.
I had been in the home building and remodeling industry for 30 years here in Citrus County. My wife and I had a ceramic tile distributorship, with a showroom and warehouse, and supplied tile to the local builders, tile setters, and general public. I joined Century 21 J.W. Morton Real Estate in November of 2012 and have been running full speed ever since. It's a great place to work, and this office bends over backwards for the agents and our customers. I knew the owners, Jim and Karen Morton, before I came aboard, and I knew that they were excellent people.
My wife and I are blessed with a wonderful son and daughter, who married a great guy, and they have our two terrific grandchildren. My interests include being with my family, going to the beach, kayaking, sailing, riding bikes, old cars, watching football, and worshipping my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I totally enjoy real estate. Bringing buyers and sellers together, where everyone is satisfied, is very rewarding. I have received the Quality Service Pinnacle Award in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. I have also received the Master Ruby Award in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2021. Seller reviewWe have known Stefan as a friend and fellow church member for many years. When we contacted him to sell our house, he was ready to list it in less than a week. We put it on the market at a fair price and had a contract within 3 days. For the next several weeks before closing Stefan arranged and coordinated every detail flawlessly. He was always accessible for questions and either had the answer or got back to us almost immediately. Stefan coordinated all of the contracts, reports, and inspections and if there was a problem he solved it. We were highly satisfied with every aspect of our professional relationship with Stefan, He did everything he said he would do and he did it when he said he would. We would not hesitate to recommend Stefan Stuart as an agent for any of our friends.

He kept me in the loop consistently. Stefan was always available, easy to chat with (I had questions), and very professional in his help selling my father's house. I truly feel as if I have gained a friend. Dealing with the initial call to my friend, Cheryl Scruggs, I was completely confident that Century 21 would do their best for our sale. I was not disappointed. Calls and key pick ups were handled professionally through the front desk. Will never consider another realtor. Pure prefection! Even when the first sale fell through.
